Featured Event: Easter Beer Festival
28th March to 1st April
We are having a Dinosaur theme for this years beer festival.
There will be 14 casks beers and 12 keg beers.
Also available will be 6 traditional still ciders and lots of European cans and bottled beers.
Food options will be the usual Pork Pies, crisps and nuts along with the legendary Bratwurst.
Yunnan Black
5.5% ABV
A collaboration with Bone Machine Brewing. A light fruity IPA with aroma of citrus fruits on the palate with a lingering flavour of tea. 85% Europils, 15% Munich Malt base bittered with a fist full of Pilot hop at start of boil then a pile of Godiva hops and 1.9kg of Yunnan Black Flowery Orange Pekoe tea added 15 minutes before end of boil with another pile of Godiva in whirlpool at 80C fermented using Voss Kviek yeast strain giving a quite dry finish and dry hopped with lashings more Godiva in fermenter.
Un-fined & Unfiltered maybe hazy. Suitable for vegetarians/vegans.
