A collaboration with Ossett Brewery. A light fruity IPA with little aroma but hints of mango and passion fruit on the palate with a lingering flavour of tea. 85% Maris Otter, 15% Vienna Malt base bittered with a fist full of Pilot hop at start of boil then a pile of Aurora hops and 1.5kg of Rooibos tea added 15 minutes before end of boil with another pile of Aurora in whirlpool at 80C fermented using the Verdant yeast strain.
