Thought to be the original American immigrant beer made using available ingredients that give it a light chestnut colour. Made with Maris Otter, Torrefied Maize, Rye, Pale Crystal, and Black Malts, hopped with only Cluster and fermented with WLP080. The corn gives a soft creamy mouthfeel.
